Choosing the perfect gift may seem like a simple task to some, but the fact is that most presents fail to impress. Here’s a short guide how to avoid common mistakes
- The most common reason why gift fails to please is that the giver shopped for themselves. You may select gift according to your preferences like color, style, taste etc but gift recepient may not share your taste.
- Guided by stereotypes. People try to play safe and follow stereotypes like every girl loves pink, frilly clothing or boys wants baseball bat. Females may like a mobile as a gift and some men may want to be gifted a good book.
- A person who owns a pet may not necessarily need pet-themed gifts.
- Avoid Generic gifts like coffe mugs, clocks etc. Be Imaginative!
